My family had the privilege of reading The Easter Storybook from David C Cook for this review to use in conjunction with our own curriculum at home. This is a Homeschool Review Crew Review. All opinions expressed are my own or those of my family.

David C Cook is a ministry that publishes and distributes discipleship and worship materials for local churches to help bring the word of Christ around the world, globally. These products include: music, books, curriculum, Bible studies, and resources for adults and children alike. Proceeds from purchases also help with their global outreach efforts.

The Easter Storybook contents.

The Easter Storybook is one of David C Cook's books for children. This book is written by Laura Richie and illustrated by Ian Dale. It contains 40 full-color, beautifully illustrated stories that are about how Jesus' life, starting from His time as a boy in the Temple to His resurrection. Each story includes a Bible passage and a conversational question to engage the readers and get them thinking and discussing as a family about the true meaning of the Easter season. This is recommended for children ages 4-8.

How We Used This and Our Thoughts:

My daughter Zari and I read this book together. She is 9 years old.

We love the full-color illustrations. They are wonderfully done and the people in the illustrations have a more authentic Middle Eastern feel to them, which I like. I also like all the detail in them.

Each story has the same layout. The length of each story is about a page which is perfect and not too long. The chapter(s) that the story comes from in the bible is listed at the top under the story title. It has a bible verse from the English Standard Version (ESV) at the top of each story that goes with the story. At the bottom of each story there are open ended questions to ask and answer. The opposite page of every story has a whole page illustration.

Format of the stories.

If you follow the 40 days of Lent these stories would be good for that because this book has 40 stories and they are each labeled Day 1 - Day 40. You can read one each day of the Lenten Calendar, although this would also be fine to read at other times in the Easter season as well. 

The stories generally go along with the bible and what it teaches. It does take on some liberties though. There is a recurring theme in the stories that basically says that after the garden of Eden people could not love and that people were broken until Jesus came. To quote one of the instances in the book (page 12), "John told everyone that people are broken and can't love, but the Messiah was coming to help people love." I am not sure what to think of this statement. If they had left this out I think that it would have made the book better and that it would then follow the bibles teachings more. Because of this I feel that this is more of the authors interpretation more than what is actually written in the bible.

I am going to just leave my review there and you can make the decision yourself from it whether or not this storybook might be for you and your kids. Take it or leave it, I guess it is up to you.

Ten Little Eggs: A Celebration of Family, illustrated by Jess Mikhail, is an adorable hardcover book about how families can come in all shapes and sizes and it's love that holds them together. This children's book has a mama bird asking, "What in the world will my little egg be?". Kids will love the fun illustrations and playful rhyming text. This book is written especially for children ages 4-8.

Our Thoughts:

Zari and I enjoyed reading this book a bunch. In this book the mama bird has 10 eggs in her nest that she is excitedly waiting for to hatch. As each egg hatches this book counts down. This is great for building counting skills for little ones. Each egg hatches a totally different, unique animal, but mama bird loves all of them for who they are. This super cute book is great for Easter since it is all about springtime and new birth. It is also a great book to read at bedtime because it ends with the mama snuggling for bed in the nest with all her babies. I recommend this book for adopted kids, foster kids, blended families, extended families, and every family in between.

Star Kids Company was created by momprenuer, Natalie Ard, in 2014. She is a wife and mom to 3 kids. The first product she created was Star from Afar, a wooden game counting down to Christmas, then other products were born...including The Easter Story Egg. These children's toys and gifts help bring meaning to play. These also build good character and values.

The Easter Story Egg is a great tradition that is done with family around Easter time. It consists of 7 wooden eggs that nest within each other and a hardcover book. The Story Egg book begins on Palm Sunday and ends on Easter Sunday. Each egg has a coinciding story that rhymes in the book and pertains to one of each of the seven days of Holy Week. This shares the story of Jesus' final days on Earth in a thoughtful and meaningful way to children as they open each egg and read the corresponding story. This can be done daily throughout Holy Week or all at once. You can choose.

The Story Egg Nesting Eggs include:

• Palm Sunday (largest egg with a palm leaf painted on it)
• House of Prayer Monday (next largest egg with a temple painted on it)
• Teacher of Love Tuesday (next largest egg with a heart painted on it)
• Give and Take Wednesday (next largest egg with a jar filled with perfume painted on it)
• Last Supper Thursday (next largest egg with the Last Supper painted on it)
• Good Friday (next to smallest egg with a cross painted on it, Jesus died on the cross for all our sins)
• Holy Saturday (smallest egg that is painted grey like the stone rolled away of the tomb)
• Easter Sunday (open the smallest egg to reveal emptiness, much like the tomb of Jesus because He is Risen!)

What We Thought:

The Story Egg is a ostrich size egg that opens up like a Russian nesting matryoshka doll. Each egg is panted with a different picture to help tell the true meaning of Easter throughout Holy Week. It comes with a lovely hardcover book with rhyming words and colorful pictures.

We received The Easter Story Egg and proceeded to try to open the egg to see all the littler eggs inside. I had major trouble getting the first egg open. I looked at their website and they have an instructional video on how to do this. They say not to twist, but to pull the egg apart. They made it look pretty simple. Zari and I had much difficulty with this and I had to get my husband to pry it open. The egg was very hard to grip and it was slippery. He tried to pull it apart like it said and he couldn't even do it...then he used a razor blade and went around the seam with it, then tried again. He rocked it slowly back and forth until it finally popped open. Some of the eggs inside were just as difficult to get open. I feel like if some wax was applied to each lip inside the seams then they would come apart much easier, but I do not think that with as much trouble we had, a small child could do this on their own. It says on their website that because the eggs are brand new, hand carved, and made of natural wood that still has some moisture they might be hard to open at first. We let them set out to dry for a few days while they were closed like they said to and after a few more times opening and shutting the eggs, they started loosening up.

The book is a wonderful addition to The Story Egg. Zari loves reading the rhyming pages and looking at the pictures. It starts out with a poem about why we celebrate Easter and what the egg is for. Then it goes through and tells the story of Jesus' final days on Earth. At the end of every story it has a scripture from the Bible associated with it written in New International Version, NIV. The book is multicultural as well as it shows multiple skin tones throughout the book. It ends with the resurrection of Christ.

I love the idea of this product. I hope that the eggs loosen up after using more so that they can be enjoyed. I would love for this to become a tradition in my home for Holy Week. We like the idea of it counting down to Easter Sunday, much like an advent calendar does for Christmas. It seems like a wonderful way to help teach the true meaning of Easter in the home or at Sunday School. This would be a great addition to an Easter basket or as an Easter gift.

It uses fun rhyme and sweet illustrations to give a wonderful message of thankfulness to its readers. This delightful book shows illustrations of cute furry or feathery animals showing their gratefulness to God for the many blessings that spring holds.

What We Thought:
This lovely family-friendly story is perfect for little ones because of its sturdy pages, rhyming verse, and gorgeous illustrations by Natalia Moore. I love the shiny, eye-catching, foil and glitter embellished cover too. This book portrays spring perfectly including: picking flowers, jumping in puddles, having a picnic, flying kites, and sharing Easter with family and friends. Each moment shown is something that children can relate to and are great to share together with family and friends.

I recommend this board book for toddlers, preschoolers, and kindergartners most of all. My youngest daughter, Zari, who is in first grade also loves this book! It is the perfect size for little hands to hold and the sturdy pages are less vulnerable to tearing. She is learning to read and it has the perfect amount of words on each page for her. She also loves looking at the adorable illustrations as well.

This book celebrates Spring, Jesus' resurrection, and Easter. It is a great reminder to thank God for all that we have no matter how small. We cherish this book and its message of family and of being grateful. It would be a perfect gift for an Easter basket or a springtime event.

God Loves Mommy and Me is an adorable board book that uses fun rhyme and sweet illustrations to give a wonderful message of love and worth to its readers. This delightful book shows illustrations of a mommy bunny and her little bunny sharing the day's adventures together. It is a warmhearted tale about the tenderness of a mother's affection toward their child and how God loves them too.

What We Thought:
This lovely family-friendly bedtime story is a great book to snuggle up with your little ones with. We love the illustrations by Laura Watkins. They are just darling with fluffy, cuddly looking bunnies and a duckling that is little bunny's friend. The mommy and little rabbit go through the book picking flowers, kissing owies, splashing in the rain, swinging on a tire swing, hugging, walking in nature hand in hand, praying, and tucking in bed, etc. The relationship of the mother with the little bunny is beautiful. This book has a wonderful message and the author, Bonnie Rickner Jensen, weaves this message of Mother's and God's love for us throughout the book. Each moment shown is something that children can relate to and are great to share together with Parents and caretakers.

My Experience With Inner Peace #PrinceofPeace

MY PERSONAL STORY OF INNER PEACE

When I was pregnant with my third child, Tatiana, my family of 4, almost 5, was struggling with finances while we were living in Winchester Bay Oregon. We had moved into a little trailer on the same property as The Rusty Frog, a store that sold frog trinkets, chainsaw carvings, etc. We had been promised by our landlord when we moved in that we would be able to put my husband, Brian's, Shopbot, computer controlled router, in one of the back rooms so that we could make our living making wooden things that were carved. This never came into fruition and we were faced with a hard decision. To move somewhere else and sell Brian's Shopbot and other things or stay and try to make the best of things. My daughter was born, we were having trouble paying the bills and our semi-new Honda Civic had been repossessed.

About that same time we got an invitation to Brian's sister's wedding at Walt Disney World in Florida. We placed our trust and faith in our Lord and prayed about our situation. The spirit gave us the feeling to drop everything, go to the wedding, and move to Florida. So that is what we did. We sold off as much as we could, put the rest of our stuff in storage at a friend's place, and bought plane tickets to Orlando bringing only what we thought we needed as essentials.

When we got there we rented a vehicle for a few days, got settled in a hotel, bought two bicycles and a bike trailer that seated our two small boys, and season passes for the whole family for Sea World. The wedding was beautiful and I am so glad we got to make it there to be a part of it. After the wedding was over we lived in Orlando for several years, we got on government assistance until Brian found a job and we moved into a condominium down the street from the Mall and Grocery Store.

Until we got a car, we would bike all over Orlando to get groceries, go to medical appointments, and all the way to Sea World as a family. I would have Tatiana in a baby carrier with a sunhat and sunscreen while I biked with the two boys in the covered bike trailer that doubled as a stroller. Sometimes we would also take the city bus. It was great getting out of the house and hanging out with dolphins all weekend and the kids loved it.

While in Orlando my daughter, Tatiana, was diagnosed with a brain tumor (Juvenile Pilocytic Astrocytoma) stemming from her optic nerve and engulfing her pituitary and carotid artery. We were very fortunate to be in Orlando when she was diagnosed because we received exceptional medical care for her and had the best brain surgeon, Dr. Eric Trumble. We were definitely in the right place at the right time. We hoped and prayed that things would go well with the surgery and for Him to guide the surgeon's capable hands.

When she was operated on to resect the tumor she was only 6 months old. We were told that worst case she might not regain her sight and that she might only live a year because it had metastasized to the brain lining. Dr. Trumble assured us though that he had gotten the majority of the tumor out and cut the blood supply to it without severing the optic nerves. We had faith in the Lord that everything would be fine.

Tatiana's life was riddled with multiple medical problems and hospital visits/stays. She had seizures, total blindness, cerebral palsy, and numerous endocrine issues. This, however, did not dampen her sweet spirit. She was a gorgeous little girl with a head full of red curly locks and bright blue eyes. She loved hugs and blowing kisses to anyone she met. Even getting poked with needles and prodded by nurses didn't get her down. She would always make me smile. She was the happiest, most loving child we have ever met and we love her so much!

Our beautiful Tatiana lived for 6 whole years! We attribute her longer life to faith, a lot of prayer, Dr. Trumble, and a special healing device we called the light box, a precursor to FLO De-stressing Technology, that we took her to. She never had to go through radiation therapy or chemotherapy and the tumor never grew back. She passed away suddenly because of lobar pneumonia. Here is the post I wrote of her passing.

We are so glad to have had her in our lives and that she got to be a part of our family. We miss her dearly, but we know she is in heaven and we will meet her there someday. I am so grateful for Christ and our Heavenly Father and the blessings they have given my family. Knowing that families are forever and that the Lord is always there for us even in times of trial and hardship brings my family and I inner peace.

Our Thoughts:
This Mermaid and Sealife themed Scented Secret Scrapbook Kit is super cute. My 8 year old daughter Teela loves to draw pictures in it and use the scratch 'n sniff stickers, jewels, and tape which reminds us of washi tape to decorate it with. This can be used as a scrapbook, picture/photo album, journal, and/or diary. Teela loves that she can personalize it herself and make it her own. She also thinks that it is cool that it locks so that her older brothers can not see her journal entries. The required passcode to open it makes it perfect for her to keep everything inside a secret. The scrapbook and stickers are both scented with a sweet smelling fragrance that to us smells like grape. Some of the embellishments can fit inside the pencil pouch to keep it all neat. The fancy feather pouf pen with a pink heart is delightfully girly as well. The passcode numbers for all of these scrapbooks are the same and you can not change it, however. My daughter loves this kit and was even using the prism sheet that came in the box as a background for the items to cut out shapes to glue in the book as well. *Does not come with the scissors in the second picture. The Berenstain Bears' Holiday Cookbook: Cub-Friendly Cooking With an Adult written by Mike Berenstain has 40 delicious recipes that cater to different American holidays around the year. Join Mama, Papa, Brother, Sister, and Honey Bear as they share 40 of their favorite Bear family holiday recipes. These include traditional favorites like Hot Apple Cinnamon Cider, Cozy Hot Chocolate, and Pumpkin Pie to fun and unique recipes like: Candy Corn Punch, Creepy Crawly Pasta Salad, and Gobbler Apple Muffins.

This hardcover cookbook is laid out well. At the beginning there is a contents page with a list of the recipes in each section and their page numbers. Each section starts out with a scripture, a short story, and a poem. Each recipe has a title, what is needed, and directions along with a photograph of the finished food or beverage. A peek inside The Berenstain Bears' Holiday Cookbook.

I remember The Berenstain Bears' book series from my childhood. I love them and have ever since I was very young. These books teach children how God want them to live everyday. The Berenstain Bears' book series teach children good character traits and values. I love the simplicity of the illustrations and country town feel that the Bear family has.

I adore The Berenstain Bears' Holiday Cookbook! My kids love to help me cook and bake and this is a great cookbook just for that bonding experience. I can't wait 'til we can make the: Christmas Holiday Pinwheels, Valentine's Day Pizza, Krispie Easter Eggs, or Forth of July Freedom Trifle! There are so many other fun recipes as well. It has wonderful kid-friendly recipes that are perfect to make with your children or grandchildren for the holidays.

FishFlix.com My Son My Savior DVD Review

My family had the privilege of watching the FishFlix.com My Son My Savior DVD for this review to use in conjunction with our own homeschool curriculum. This is a Schoolhouse Review Crew Review. All opinions expressed are my own or those of my family.

FishFlix.com is a Christian based company that develops family-friendly movies. They have children's Christian movies, apologetics, educational, Christian history, biblical movies, dramas, romance, action and other feature films. They focus on bringing these wonderful wholesome films to their viewers.

From the makers of the award-winning biblical dramas Road to Emmaus and Come Follow Me comes My Son My Savior, a Christian film about the Virgin Mary (played by Corrina Crade) and how her life was guided into the role of being Jesus' mother. We see her childhood, growing up in a strict Jewish household, celebrating Passover and hearing about the Messiah's coming to redeem Israel. Little did Mary know that she would play a crucial part in the fulfillment of these prophesies. It is a deeply moving movie in which you get to see the life, crucifixion, and resurrection of Jesus (played by Bruce Marchiano) through his mother's eyes. This movie follows closely with the biblical story, but puts into more of a perspective of what emotions Mary had throughout everything that happened.

How We Used This and Our Thoughts:

As a Christian family we are well versed in the story about Jesus from the Bible. My girls who are 5 and 7 years old even know the story and love reading from their children's Bibles about him. We love recounting the story of his resurrection around Easter and the My Son My Savior DVD was perfect to use along with scripture. Easter for us is not all about bunnies and eggs. It is about Christ, our Savior, sacrificing himself on the cross for all of our sins so we can again be with our Heavenly Father once again.

I watched this Christian DVD over the weekend for the First Day of Spring with my family. This portrayal of the Virgin Mary is a powerful one. It shows how she responded with faith, love and finally understanding about Jesus' destiny. She knew Jesus as her son and came to also know him as her Savior.

We did feel that in the approximately 60 minutes running time they left out a lot of Jesus' life. I wish that they had shown Jesus' baptism as my daughter Teela is set to be baptized when she has turned 8 and this would have been a great moment of teaching for her. They also did not show the breaking of the fish & loaves and many other miracles he administered except for the miracle of the wine from water, healing the cripple, healing of Mary Magdalene, and healing of the ear of the high priest's slave. We wish they could have elaborated on more of the story, but as this was more about the mother of Jesus we understand why they did.

The background, scenery, clothing and architecture all looked very authentic. I love when they showed the stable of animals where Jesus was conceived.  I also love the scene of the hustle and bustle of the market place when baby Jesus was brought to the Temple to be presented. The costumes were lovely. I loved the headbands on some of the woman.

My Son My Savior is wonderful for the entire family. The film shows a little violence but no inappropriate scenes or questionable content. It is very well made and tastefully done. I love this film! It is perfect for Easter, Mother's Day, and Christmas. It is also great for sharing with others that would like to know more about Christ.

When I look down the Easter aisle of the grocery stores and super markets I am really disappointed to see so many items that I would never buy for my kids. The reminder of what our Savior and Redeemer has done for us is all around us in the Spring. New flowers push their way out of the dark, damp ground and bloom. Chicks, bunnies, and other babies are usually born in the springtime. There are buds and blossoms that bring forth all sorts of pretty colors on the trees. These things all symbolize new life, rebirth, and the resurrection of Jesus Christ. On March 27th Easter Sunday will be here and the Earth will be celebrating.

The Legend of the Easter Robin is a Zonderkidz book that tells of another Easter story, one you may or may not have heard of. This is a hardcover children's book for ages 4-8 years old about the legend of the robin's red breast that the Pennsylvania Dutch have passed down through many generations. The Legend of the Easter Robin tells the story of a little girl named Tressa, whose grandmother, Gran, reveals the story of a compassionate robin who saw Jesus struggling and soared to help him. This Easter tale reminds Christians everywhere how much Jesus sacrificed for us and how much he loves us.

This newly illustrated edition of the classic book by Dandi Daley Mackall is beautifully illustrated by Richard Cowdrey. I love the soft pastels that paint the pictures of the little girl and her Gran, the robins, and the bright sky blue eggs they laid. My daughter, Teela, noticed though that on the front of the cover there are 5 eggs when they only speak of 4 birds hatching and have the pictures correct with 4 eggs throughout the inside of the book. She has an eye for detail. These pictures are very adorable. In contrast the pictures of Christ carrying the cross are in black and white until the part where the robin gets his red breast and then there is a bit of red as well. These pictures are dark and sad, but also show that they were happening in the past.

I really liked the story and although I had heard of it before, it is nice to have a book to share the legend with my children. The physical copy is very nice to own. I will be making a tradition of reading this to my younger children for Easter.

The pages throughout the book are illustrated with original woodcuts.

This book is perfect for Lent where we reflect upon Christ. These fables, tales, and stories capture the true meaning of Easter. They have great moral quality and spiritual value. 

These stories are easily read because they are not too long. They can be read individually or altogether. My older kids enjoyed reading them. I thought most of the stories were a bit deep for my younger kids. My favorite stories were The White Lily and Robin Redbreast.

I love this wonderful collection. The book has great lessons that are told. This is a fabulous treasure to have in the home to read during Easter.

Wordless Wednesday Bunnies!

We rescued these bunnies along with some mama rabbits and a male. Aren't they adorable!

I know this post is supposed to be wordless, but I like to break the rules sometimes. We are in the process of making a better bunny habitat for some of these rescued bunnies and re-homing the rest. They are so adorable and we are going to have to keep some...because I have fallen for their cute wittle furry faces :) Aren't they perfect for Easter!

Easter is coming so soon! On April 5th of this year it is only about a month away. I love Easter and Spring-time and all the new things it brings. Speaking of things that are new, my daffodils are blooming, the Spring buds on my trees are growing, and one of my mother bunnies just had a litter of kits (bunnies). Before Easter I try to get into the true spirit of the season, Christ, how He died for us on the cross and was resurrected.

I love to fill my children with the same spirit. I have found to do that as a Christian it is hard in this mostly secular society for my children to not think of Easter as just a holiday about Easter: bunnies, candy, baskets, and egg hunts. This is where Egglo Entertainment comes in. Egglo Entertainment has an interactive program that celebrates Easter with Christ in mind. We received The Egg-cellent Easter Adventure Book, Glow in the Dark Egglo Eggs, Egglo Treasures Scripture Scrolls, Egglo Bible Verse Scroll Stickers, and Egglo Glow in the Dark Egg Hunt Event Curriculum to try out. Read my thoughts about them below...

The Egg-cellent Easter Adventure Book.

The Egg-cellent Easter Adventure Book ($9.99) - This brightly illustrated book introduces us to three children and their dog who are sucked into epic adventurous Easter egg treasure hunt. They travel to distant places to find glowing Easter eggs that have scrolls with Bible verses and riddles to help them on their journey. This fun book helps them understand what treasure we should actually be looking for on Easter, Christ (the light of the world)...the greatest treasure of all. This book is 40 pages and takes about 30 minutes to read all the way through.

My 6 year old, Teela, loved reading the book to my 4 year old, Zari. It did take her longer than the half an hour to read though. My children loved the story, but it was a little long for Zari who got distracted and restless toward the end. This is a great addition to the Egglo Eggs and other products that Egglo Entertainment has to offer.

Glow in the Dark Egglo Eggs.

Glow in the Dark Egglo Eggs ($9.99) - These Easter eggs are really neat! They are hollow and come in two sections (front and back) that snap together fairly tightly so you can put other small treasures inside. They come in a box of 12, three of each color: blue, green, yellow, and pink. The blue and the green ones have a raised cross on the back and front. The pink and the yellow ones are blank for decorating with stickers.

These glow-in-the-dark if you simply charge them up in any light. Of course, they glow best in total darkness. Fully charged, they will glow well for at least 45 minutes or longer. Egglo eggs should be charged by exposing to sunlight (for 20 minutes), black light or fluorescent (for 40 minutes) or incandescent light (for 50+ minutes). In my opinion sunlight seemed to charge them the best. Also of note, outdoor cold weather will diminish the glow effect. The glow of the eggs does diminish over time when they are in the dark so if your kids take too long to find them the eggs might only be giving off a faint glow which makes the hunt harder.

Egglo Egg Hunt.

We loved the symbolism of the Easter eggs. Based on John 1:5, the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it. The theme of the eggs and their other products is all about following the light of Christ. It is great to emphasize this to your kids before the egg hunt. My older children loved hiding these for my two youngest to find. They were all excited about the hunt and afterwards wanted to do it again. We love that these can be reused over and over. I hope they hold their charge for many years to come so that we can make this a tradition and use these every year.

Egglo Treasures Scripture Scrolls.

Egglo Treasures Scripture Scrolls ($4.50) - These shiny paper scrolls come in a set of 12 and are designed to go inside each Egglo Egg. They have Biblical principals based on Bible verses on them that go with the curriculum and story book. You can, however; use these separately in other Easter eggs or on their own. These are rolled up tightly with a rubber band and when you undo them they don't stay flat for very long so you have to hold them open while reading. Try to tell your children to unroll these carefully as you don't want to have them ripped. I find these wonderful to use as scripture mastery in connection with the scriptures they point to in the Bible. My children had fun rolling out these to read them and it was an extra special treat to find inside each egg.

Egglo Bible Verse Scroll Stickers.

Egglo Bible Verse Scroll Stickers ($3.29) - These look very similar to the scripture scrolls, but are a flat sticker. The same Biblical principals are on these with the scripture they are based on. These come in a 12 pack and since they are pliable can fit inside each Egglo Egg if bent slightly to the curvature of the egg. These can also be used as a decoration and are great reminders to follow Christ. My children had fun opening the Egglo Eggs to find these inside each egg.

Egglo Glow in the Dark Egg Hunt Event Curriculum.

Egglo Glow in the Dark Egg Hunt Event Curriculum (via digital file) ($9.99) - This 62 page program guide and curriculum is a great addition to the Egglo Eggs and other products. It is loaded with wonderful resources to help your church make an even greater experience with the Egglo products for the youth of the congregation. You or your church can download it after purchase. I actually found that this was a fabulous resource for me also and I could see how this could be a fun guide for a Christian based homeschool group to use with the other items as well. There are guidelines, tips, suggestions, and ideas to help make this an egg-stra special event. These include: decoration ideas and printables, recipes, activities, printable color pages, devotionals, lessons, a question and answer section, visual aid ideas, printable invitations, printable discussion cards, a puzzle, cut outs, and printable posters. These guidelines are for a multi-generational program with suggestions for a few people to a huge crowd. I love that they have themed healthy snack options as well as the traditional sweets. I have an egg shaped gelatin mold that would be perfect for one of the recipes and I love the bagel and cucumber He is Risen tomb idea!

My family had so much fun with all of the Egglo Entertainment products we received to try out. My girls loved the story and eggs the most. This is such a great program to incorporate with your Easter celebration. The Christ-centered theme is a wonderful reminder of who we should place our focus on during Easter time.
