FamilySearch's Worldwide Indexing Event #TheWorldsRecords

From July 15-17, FamilySearch International is sponsoring their third annual “Worldwide Indexing Event,” in which they will be trying to bring 72,000 people from around the globe together online during a 72-hour event to save the world’s records by making them searchable to the public.

During the 72-hour indexing period, you can become a volunteer and participate by downloading the FamilySearch software and completing as many names as you would like for your genealogy records. Anyone with a computer and internet connection can join.

My father loves doing our genealogy. He has entered many names and their information in FamilySearch. He has also helped update crucial information and records when things have mistakes or are duplicates. He holds a Genealogy Mission in the church and helps many people with their records as well. I know he is doing the Lord's work in doing this.
