Müller Corner Yogurt Review and Costco Membership Giveaway

Quaker Müller Corner Yogurt 12 Pack from Costco
We received this product free from Quaker and Costco to facilitate this review.

Quaker Müller Corner Yogurt is a delicious yogurt cup with a separate corner that has different toppings to mix in with it. These are easily frozen so that you can take them with you and choose to eat it frozen or just put a few in the fridge to eat thawed, either way they are really yummy. They are great for healthy snacks for after school and when school is out in the summer for the kids.

Quaker Müller Corner Yogurt 12 Pack from Costco. Flavors: Choco Balls, Strawberry, and Caramelized Almonds.

At Costco in the refrigerated section you can pick up a case of 12 with flavors: Corner Strawberry and Corner Choco Balls, as well as a flavor exclusive to Costco, Corner Caramelized Almonds. These all have smooth and creamy lowfat yogurt with live and active cultures. The Corner Strawberry is my favorite out of all three. I love strawberries! This topping is more like a strawberry jam or preserves. The Corner Choco Balls is really good too. The choco balls have a similar texture to malted milk balls, but smaller. They are made of chocolate-flavored coated crispies. The Corner Caramelized Almonds has toasted caramelized almonds and almond pieces. These are really yummy if you love something crunchy mixed with your yogurt. This was the favorite of my son Jaedan.

Coobie Seamless Bras Review

US Family Guide provided me with this opportunity and we received this product free from The Coobie Store to facilitate this review.

I just bought a bra since it was on sale and it was name brand. I didn't bother trying it on because it was so cheap and in my size. I got it home and put it on the next day. I had to take it off right away. It was so uncomfortable, it dug into my skin, and had parts on it that scraped me as I moved. Thankfully I had some Coobie Seamless Bras that I just got to try and review. I put one of those on instead. Oh my gosh! What a difference!

Coobie Seamless Bras

Coobie Seamless Bras are really the most comfortable and supportive bras I have ever tried. I am so glad I got to try them because I absolutely love them! I am definitely going to buy more. They have sold me on their products. I received a Coobie Scoopneck Bra in black and a Coobie V-neck Lace Trim Bra in periwinkle. I was skeptical about how a one size that comfortably fits sizes 32A to 36D would actually fit me. I am very petite. These bras fit me really well with no sagging or bunching in weird places. I love both the scoopneck and v-neck with lace trim styles, but my favorite is the lacy one because I love the lovely feminine touch.

These are also very flattering, form fitting, and affordable. Great for maternity, nursing and beyond as the soft, high quality nylon/spandex outer fabric gently stretches, breathes well and isn't at all see through. You can easily breastfeed in these because you can unhook the strap and pull the bra down. Also great for everyday wear, sleep wear, workout wear, yoga, and Pilates. Available in both neutrals, fun colors and now patterns (7+ styles and 50+ fashion colors and patterns)! The back is smooth and seamless with no hooks or clasps. Each bra has removable pads and the straps are adjustable. You can even call them for extra pads or straps. These bras are also available in a full size version fitting up to a size 42D.

For the entire month of May Coobie is donating 10% of ALL pink bra sales made at www.shopcoobie.com to the National Breast Cancer Foundation! Shop for a cure! Coobie Seamless Bras also has a large following of mastectomy patients that love the soft comfort and pad pocket to insert a form. This line is truly a wonderful fit for all women!

Build-A-Bear Workshop Rainbow Dreams Butterfly Review and $25 Gift Card Giveaway

Build-A-Bear Workshop Rainbow Dreams Butterfly
We received this product free from Build-A-Bear Workshop to facilitate this review and an opportunity to giveaway a $25 Bear Buck$ gift card to Build-A-Bear Workshop for free as well.

Build-A-Bear Workshop Rainbow of Fun Collection

The Rainbow of Fun Collection which includes a Rainbow Dreams Butterfly, Rainbow Glitter Bear and Rainbow Style Zebra are new to Build-A-Bear Workshop since April 21st. They are only here while quantities last and their outfits and accessories are sold separately. Making these stuffed critters are so much fun!

My girls with their new Build-A-Bear Workshop Rainbow Dreams Butterfly

The Rainbow Dreams Butterfly is an adorable pink plush butterfly with rainbow wings. Mine also came with the Rainbow Sequin Dress, Lavender Flats and Lavender Sequin Bow Headband. Her headband, dress, shoes and wings all are removable. I thought this was neat that the plush toy came as a caterpillar with her wings off inside her box. She can metamorphosis into the butterfly easily and the wings are quite sturdy. Her jeweled dress sparkles in the sunlight because of the many sequins all over it. Her bow is also sparkly and, as my girls found out, can also be worn by them. She also came with a Build-A-Bear Workshop box, birth certificate, cardboard hanger for the dress, cardboard insert for the shoes, and coupon.

Homeschool learning with Build-A-Bear Workshop about: rainbows, prisms and butterflies.

Spring is here and what better way to celebrate it than to do it with rainbows! Being a homeschooling mom I got out our prism makers and we had a mini lesson about prisms, light, color spectrum, refraction, and how rainbows are made. Rainbows are perfect to learn about right now in the Pacific Northwest because we have a lot of spring showers with the sun shining. The perfect conditions to make rainbows happen all the time here. My kids have observed a lot of really cool rainbows while we have been living here.

We also incorporated the learning about butterflies with our new Build-A-Bear Workshop friend. We learned about Monarch Butterflies specifically and read the book, Monarch Butterfly by Gail Gibbons (a favorite author of mine for use in homeschool). We learned about their life cycle, metamorphosis, body parts, what plant they love to eat, behavior, and migration. We also learned how to raise a Monarch. My kids were very excited and now want to find a caterpillar to observe it changing into the pupa/chrysalis stage and the whole cycle of it changing into a butterfly.

Photographing Flowers

While I was out in my garden the other day photographing some flowers I noticed something peculiar. On one of my flowers was a honey bee, but it wasn't buzzing around collecting pollen. It was just sitting inside one of my rhododendron flowers not moving around at all. Upon closer inspection I saw a spider hiding inside the petals.

I thought this to be an unfortunate fate for the bee, but fairly fascinating for my children to observe. As a homeschooling parent, I love nature studies! Anything to get my kids outdoors and exploring. We love getting out our cameras or nature journals to capture the gorgeous Earth at its finest. Charlotte Mason's nature studies are also some of my favorite things to read my children.

My kids came over to see what I was looking at so intently. I showed them and they were intrigued at what they saw. We had never seen this display in real life and never so up close as this was. Then little by little throughout the day my children found others. One had a bumble bee and another was just waiting to catch something. My kids were excited at what we found.

We found out later through some research and inquiry that these spiders were called Crab Spiders. They are a certain variety of spiders that don't make webs, but instead hide out in flowers waiting to pounce on their unsuspecting prey. Some are brightly colored to match their favorite flower hiding spot and others can change their colors to camouflage themselves, much like a chameleon does.

I believe all creatures are fascinating, even spiders! What a glorious world we live in! So diverse and intricate. So much to explore and learn. I love nature!

UPDATE: May 1, 2014

Can you see it? My daughter didn't when she picked this Dandelion.

My daughter Zari picked a dandelion that was going to seed because she loves to blow them around. Guess what we found lurking in the seeds of the plant? You guessed it! Another crab spider! I had my camera ready and captured it hanging onto the seeds. We believe that it was probably lost, because usually these spiders like to hang out in flowers that attract pollinators. This one was hiding in a dandelion that probably wouldn't be so attractive because of the stage it was in.
