Airborne Gummies Review

I received this free sample courtesy of Smiley360 to facilitate my review.

I tried the all new Airborne Gummies. Airborne supports your immune system*. They have a great source of vitamin c (1000 mg) plus 9 other vitamins minerals and herbs. They are assorted fruit flavors (citrus, mixed berry, and grapefruit - naturally and artificially flavored) and comes in a bottle with 21 gummies in it. Has both Vitamins C and E for antioxidant properties. Has Selenium, a component to help with increasing antioxidants. It also has 35 mg of herbal blend including Echinacea and ginger. 3 gummies is a serving size, for children 12-13 years old: no more than twice a day and 14 years and older: no more than 3 times a day. Gluten free. These also come in a larger 42 count size and Kids Gummies, which are specially formulated for younger kids.

These taste really good but have a coating of sugar on the outside which I thought was not necessary. My older kids liked the taste as well. They were gummy and chewy. My favorite of the three flavors is the grapefruit.

Price is around $7.49 (21 ct) and $14.99 (42 ct): during time of post.

Pampers Kandoo Shampoo and Wipes Review and Giveaway

I received a Pampers® Kandoo® 2 in 1 Conditioning Shampoo with Vitamin E in Tropical Smoothie™ scent and Pampers® Kandoo® Flushable Wipes in unscented for free to try out to facilitate this review.

The Pampers® Kandoo® shampoo is tear free, dermatologist tested and hypoallergenic. The Tropical Smoothie™ scent smells really great like a combination of pineapple, melon, and strawberries. They also have Funny Berry™, Magic Melon™ scents. I love fruity scents and so do my kids! It contains natural fruit extracts, Vitamin E, a lot of other ingredients that are hard to pronounce. It does not have Parabens or Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS), but it does have artificial colors in it that I don't think are really necessary. It is for use on children age 2 and up. I love the cute little frog shaped bottle that it comes in. I am going to reuse it after it is empty because it is so adorable. If you go to the Pampers® Kandoo® website you'll see that the frog bottle for the shampoo is now bright pink. The hand pump is easy to use and it comes out in a gel that when rubbed becomes a nice lather. It comes in an 8.4 FL OZ (250 mL) size.

The Pampers® Kandoo® Flushable Wipes that I received are the sensitive, hypoallergenic unscented kind. They also have a Magic Melon® scented variety. The wipes say they are flushable, biodegradable and sewer and septic safe, but I wouldn't flush these down the toilet because they seem a little thick to be doing that. Although I do love the thickness because they don't break or tear while using and don't require too many to get the area clean. These are easier to use by little hands because there is no rolling or ripping required and one wipe is about the size of 2 pieces of toilet paper. They are moistened with lotion to moisturize while wiping and clean 30% better than dry toilet tissue. I received a softpack of 42 wipes. The softpack also has a nice flip top lid that keeps the wipes sealed shut so they won't dry out. The softpack is just the right size to travel with...just place it in your bag or purse for use on the go. These are also available in tubs and refills.

Eucerin Everyday Protection Lotion Review

I received a 4 fl oz bottle of the Eucerin Everyday Protection Lotion for face with a SPF of 30 and a 13.5 fl oz bottle of the Eucerin Everyday Protection Lotion for body with a SPF of 15 for free from Eucerin to try out and review.

It is so important to take care of your skin. The need for skincare products that nourish and protect our skin so that our skin stays youthful looking and healthy is ever growing with the impact of UV radiation from the sun's rays. Recommended by The Skin Cancer Foundation, Eucerin Everyday Protection Lotion is a wonderful product that helps protect the skin from this harmful exposure. It's ingredients of micro-fine zinc oxide and titanium dioxide provide blockage against UV causing skin damage. They are enriched with Vitamin E, a powerful antioxidant, to help protect from free radicals damaging the skin cells. It is fragrance-free, oil-free, non-irritating and won't clog pores.

I love these products! I only wish that the SPF were higher on both. I applied the face lotion on my face and was very happy with the feel. I did the same with the body lotion and applied it to exposed skin except for my face. Both were a little oily, but overall they went on smooth and felt good on my skin. As soon as I applied the lotions my skin felt very moisturized and it is proven to relieve dry skin for 24 hours. My skin felt healthier with these products on and I felt better knowing that my skin was being protected. My son, Jaedan, has such sensitive skin that I wanted to try these out on him also. He didn't have any break outs or skin irritations with these products.

The more sunburns as a child the higher the risk of getting skin cancer. That is why I feel it is so important to protect my kids from the damaging effects of the sun! You should apply sunscreens with at least 15 SPF and encourage your child to wear hats with brims and coverage. Some hats I have seen are also made out of UV protectant material which is a plus. Sunglasses that provide protection from UV radiation are also recommended, even for the very young child. Although many children may want to play outdoors wearing little clothing in the hot summer time, we as parents should encourage our children to keep as much skin area covered by clothing as possible. These guidelines are not only great for our kids, but we need to also take them into account for ourselves so that our skin can stay healthy and youthful.

Skin MD Natural Review and Giveaway

Skin MD Natural shielding lotion is a skin care product that has been recommended by over a thousand doctors and dermatologists for dry skin, eczema, and psoriasis.

Skin MD Natural is made in the US and is specially formulated using high quality natural ingredients making it over 90% all natural with all ingredients being of food grade and on the FDA's most safe list. It is free of harmful fragrances, parabens, and colorants making it hypoallergenic. They also don't participate in animal testing nor does the lotion contain any animal products.

A shielding lotion works with the skin to naturally moisturize and heal. Most conventional, artificial moisturizers only add moisture to the surface of the skin, but do little to repair the skin's natural barrier against moisture robbing irritants. Skin MD Natural works to help restore skin's natural protective abilities by bonding to the outer layer of skin, strengthening skins natural barrier against toxins and irritants that can dry the skin, while locking in the skin's natural oils.

I received a free 4 oz bottle of Skin MD Natural Shielding Lotion from the public relations of 21st Century Formulations. My hands always get so dry over the cold months and this has been great in helping my hands feel soft and smooth. I love that it has the ingredients of Aloe, Vitamin E, Arnica, Comfrey, Chamomile, and Yarrow, etc. Their website also spells out what all the ingredients are...so no secrets. My daughter, Tatiana, has hypothyroidism (hormones not working properly can cause her to have more skin issues) and she has had a yucky nose for about 6 months. Her nose and cheeks are both very chapped and I have tried a lot of lotions on her face that are all hypoallergenic because she is so susceptible to breakouts anyway. Skin MD has helped a little bit so far with the redness and dryness on her face. I haven't been using it long on her because I wanted to try it on me first. It has no fragrance and no real taste (my husband likes putting lotions on his lips to sooth chapping). Anyway, this lotion was very nice and skin friendly and unlike some lotions I have tried didn't sting or make the dry skin worse.
