Foodie Friday Pasta Salad



Pasta Salad

Ingredients:
1 package shell noodles, cooked as package directions say and drained
1/2 16 oz package bacon; cooked, drained and broken to small pieces
1 can pitted and sliced black olives, drained
1 can diced tomatoes, drained
1 can or 2 small jars marinated artichoke hearts
1 bottle ranch dressing

Toss all ingredients together in a large pot and chill in fridge to desired temperature. Enjoy!

Optional Ingredients:
1 avocado; peeled, pitted and cubed
sweet bell peppers, seeded and diced
celery, diced
onion, diced
cheese of choice, shredded
Parmesan cheese
1 can chunk chicken, drained
1 cucumber, peeled and diced
2 hard boiled eggs, peeled and sliced
mushrooms, washed and sliced
dill weed to taste
basil to taste
parsley to taste
thyme to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

Alternatives:
add diced ham instead of bacon
add Italian dressing instead of ranch
