Coobie Seamless Bras
are really the most comfortable and supportive bras I have ever tried. I received a Coobie V-neck Lace Trim Bra in Hot Pink. I
am so glad I got to try them because I absolutely love them! I am
definitely going to buy more. They have sold me on their products. I was skeptical at first about how a one size that comfortably fits sizes 32A to
36D would actually fit me. I am very petite. These bras fit me really
well with no sagging or bunching in weird places. I have tried both
scoopneck and v-neck with lace trim styles, but my favorite is the lacy
one because I love the lovely feminine touch.
These are also very flattering, form fitting, and affordable. Great for
maternity, nursing and beyond as the soft, high quality nylon/spandex
outer fabric gently stretches, breathes well and isn't at
all see through. You can easily breastfeed in these because you can
unhook the strap and pull the bra down. Also great for everyday wear,
sleep wear, workout wear, yoga, and Pilates. Available in both neutrals,
fun colors and now patterns (7+ styles and 50+ fashion colors and
patterns)! The back is smooth and seamless with no hooks or clasps.
Each bra
has removable pads and the straps are adjustable. You can even call
them for extra
pads or straps. These bras are also available in a full size version

Violet Love Headbands

It has blues, purples, and greens with a black, white, and grey ethnic pattern. It looks a bit dreamlike. I love to wear it while I am doing Yoga or aerobic exercise because it keeps the sweat out of my eyes. Its lovely headband keeps me looking trendy and fashionable in the gym.

I just bought a bra since it was on sale and it was name brand. I didn't bother trying it on because it was so cheap and in my size. I got it home and put it on the next day. I had to take it off right away. It was so uncomfortable, it dug into my skin, and had parts on it that scraped me as I moved. Thankfully I had some Coobie Seamless Bras that I just got to try and review. I put one of those on instead. Oh my gosh! What a difference!

GAIAM is a favorite place of mine to shop online. I love their home, fair trade, gifts, and clearance section the most. The GAIAM philosophy I want to be my own. The Earth is a living entity and we have to show respect to it and to ourselves. I love healthy living and being Eco-friendly. Doing so is an integral part of our survival as a species. I love Yoga. Even though I am not Hindu I love the tranquility of Yoga. It helps me clear my mind of all the worldly junk and meditate on things I need to focus on. I love that after practicing Yoga I feel energized and refreshed. It is so uplifting.
GAIAM let me review one of their newer Yoga DVDs called Fit Body Yoga featuring Gwen Lawrence. It has three 20-minute workouts; 60 minutes total in one DVD: “Lower Body Tone” increases flexibility in the hips and legs while toning thighs and glutes (20 minutes), “Upper Body Blast” opens and elongates shoulders and arms while sculpting the upper body (20 minutes), “Core Definition” tightens and tones the core while strengthening the back (20 minutes). The Upper Body Blast workout I need so desperately. Like the majority of other women I have very little arm strength. This along with the core workout I am going to do more often because after having 5 children my abs need tightened too. This 60-minute workout definitely had me aching afterwards although I haven't done a total body workout in a while. It also includes a bonus 10-minute “Express Toning” workout which exercises all the major muscle groups so you can get your Yoga in even when you are in a hurry to get out the door. Just make sure you are ready to work up a sweat and be a little sore because this is jam packed with a lot of Yoga moves in a short amount of time!
Gwen Lawrence is a celebrity Yoga coach, massage therapist, and practicing fitness professional. She knows her anatomy and body functions well and it shows because there are not a lot of moves that get you into some kind of pretzel that you barley can get into let alone get out of. Gwen is a very good instructor and is down to earth. She combines body-sculpting yoga practices with cutting-edge training techniques. The music in the background of the DVD is relaxing and the production is high quality. The three 20-minute workouts are great by themselves or together for the full body experience. This workout made me feel really great at the end of the whole 60 minutes. It has a great potential of strengthening, toning, and stretching my muscles so I can attain more flexibility and strength. I felt like it was working already. I am really excited to use this DVD more to sculpt, strengthen, and flex my body to its full capability.

I have what I call a miracle worker for my sinuses. It looks like a small tea pot or one of those magical lamps Genies come out of when you rub them. This wonderful device is used for irrigating the nasal passages with saline. The origins of nasal irrigation are understood to be in the ancient Hindu practice of Ayurveda and Yoga whose roots are traced to the Vedas and Yogis. The device used is called the neti pot. Neti pots can be made from clay, glass, various metals, plastic, or ceramic.
Mine happens to be a plastic version I received a while back for free as part of a promotion. This promotion happens to be going on now again for a limited time. Tot Yoga is a great DVD that is that features 23 practical, easy-to-learn warm ups and stretches, sitting and standing exercises for both parents and young children. These are great for beginners and advanced Yoga lovers alike. This wonderful DVD lets you bond with your toddler and have fun doing it. It is geared towards kids 10 months to 3 years. I love Yoga! I have been doing my prenatal Yoga in the mornings and Teela has been watching me and trying to do some of the moves. Not all Yoga is toddler friendly, however, and so this DVD provides the toddler friendly Yoga and some Yoga to do while your toddler is napping. Yoga is great to increase strength and flexibility, reduce stress and calm restlessness, improve fine motor development, increase confidence, improve concentration, and promote better sleep. Some of the moves in this DVD were a bit difficult for me because I am pregnant, but it was fun to do the poses with my daughter that I could do. Here Teela is doing a frog pose :)
