Tatutina Big Sister T-Shirt Review

Tatutina is a wonderful online store with unique products that are all very colorful and happy. A lot of their products are hand painted/screened and all of them that are, use paint that is certified non-toxic and lead free. They have such a fun and funky way of creating their designs! I fell in love with the colors and bright patterns of all their products. They have clothing, gifts, jewelry, and art.

We received the Big Sister T-Shirt to review for free. This is an adorable shirt that has bright pink, orange and yellow butterflies graphics on a lavender background. It is hand screened and has the words Big Sister on it as well as the butterfly designs. Made from soft 100% cotton that is machine washable and dryer safe. It is available in three sizes: 2, 4, and 5/6.

Teela is my oldest daughter. She is 8 and is a big sister to my youngest daughter, Zari who is almost 6. I received the largest size shirt and was pleased to find that the Big Sister T-Shirt runs a little big which is good because my 8 year old can still wear it. Teela is slender so keep that also in mind. This shirt is so cute! I love the bright designs and the butterflies! Such a great way to show sisterhood!

Tatutina Wooden Letters Review and Giveaway

Tatutina is a wonderful online store with unique products that are all very colorful and happy. Most of their products are hand painted and all of them that are, use paint that is certified non-toxic and lead free. They now can also personalize by hand painting a name in their own Tatutina style. They have such a fun and funky way of painting their designs! I fell in love with the colors and bright patterns.

We were asked to review their wooden letters and so I got to pick a name or word to have the wooden letters spell. My girls want an enchanted forest, woodland themed room. I picked the word ENCHANTED for the girls room because it basically encompasses the feel they want their room to have. I also chose pastel colors and mostly floral, rainbow/stripe, and hearts...with the occasional polka-dot.

The letters you can pick from on Tatutina's website are painted in either pastel or bright colors. They are approximately 7" tall, with keyhole mount on the back for easy hanging. They are not heavy because they are hollow inside.

The wooden letters came all in one box and were individually wrapped. The box was fairly heavy, but held all the letters without leaving too much room for movement which is great so they wouldn't get broken in shipment. All of the letters arrived safe and sound to me.

I hung them all easily with thumbtacks above the girls window in their room. I didn't even have to get out any tools or hardware. I love how simple they were to put up and how they look in the room. These are a wonderful room decoration!

We received a children's medal with Cutie Pie on it and a mermaid sweater that was designed from one of their paintings and hand knit in Peru to test and review for free. My daughter, Teela, modeled them for me.

The medal was very cute and hand painted with a slice of pie on it. The medals are great for awarding achievements that kids can do or be on any given day. Positive recognition is wonderful for helping kids' self esteem. Each medal is made of painted wood with a ribbon that has velcro closure at the top for easy on and off. These medals come in various designs...such as: cutie pie, dinosaur expert, bug catcher, birthday girl, birthday boy, new big brother, new big sister, funniest kid, good citizen, little dancer, top chef, singing star, biggest ham and more! The back of the medal can be personalized with the child's name. They are just $5 each!

The mermaid sweater is adorable! I love the bright colors and Tatutina has other mermaid items that coordinate with it. When they designed this sweater and put it into production, they worked with an American company that helps support local Peruvian women in their efforts to sustain a living and provide for their families. This 100% cotton sweater comes in 3 different sizes for babies and toddlers. They also have other designs too and now on sale for $40!
