Preborn Prodigy CDs Review #ComplimentaryProductReceived

Disclaimer: I received a complimentary copy of this product through the HOMESCHOOL REVIEW CREW in exchange for my honest review. I was not required to write a positive review nor was I compensated in any other way.

My family had the privilege of listening to three albums from Preborn Prodigy for this review to use in conjunction with our own curriculum at home. This is a Homeschool Review Crew Review. All opinions expressed are my own or those of my family.

Preborn Prodigy is a company that was founded by Sara Bumgarner; a wife, mother, grandmother, and owner of Sara’s Health Foods. With music, scripture, and prayer these albums were put together to give blessings to children from the womb and beyond. These CDs impart prayers and blessings from in utero and beyond and help children grow with an understanding of the promises found in God's Word helping them strengthen their relationship with God. These are available in physical CD format or as a digital download on iTunes, Amazon Play, Google Play and CD Baby and other digital providers. Besides English it is also available in Hebrew, German, Chinese, Spanish and Afrikaans.

The first CD, Preborn Prodigy: Prayers and Blessings for the Unborn Child, is an album that is designed to be listened to while your little one is still in the womb. This special album communicates positive and scriptural messages and imparts prayers and blessings to the unborn baby. These messages are set to soothing music. Total length of CD is 55:52.

Track Listing and length:
  1. Health & Delivery 5:01
  2. Protection & Provision 11:25
  3. Spiritual Growth &Dedication 8:48
  4. Identity & Destiny 18:57
  5. Spirit, Soul, & Body 4:34
  6. Salvation 3:41
  7. Blessing & Lullaby 3:46

The second CD, Newborn Prodigy: Prayers and Blessings Newborn to 99, is an album that is tailored for baby to listen to. This special album communicates positive and scriptural messages and imparts prayers and blessings to the newborn baby. These messages are set to soothing music and help baby with their true identity and purpose as they begin their journey here on Earth. Total length of CD is 54:45.

Track Listing and length:
  1. Sciptures and Declarations 5:01
  2. Protection & Provision 11:25
  3. Spiritual Growth &Dedication 8:49
  4. Identity & Destiny 18:48
  5. Spirit, Soul, & Body 4:34
  6. Salvation 3:41
  7. Blessing & Lullaby 3:47

The third CD, Math Prodigy, is the first volume in the Math Prodigy series. This album is an unique education tool designed to present the fundamentals of math to young children with ease and understanding. This is set to beautiful, soothing music and has a total length of 57:71.

Track Listing and length:
  1. Introduction to Math 10:11
  2. Addition and Subtraction 8:05
  3. Multiplication and Division 14:04
  4. Fractions 9:01
  5. Decimals and the Order of Operations 16:50

How We Used This and Our Thoughts:

The three albums we received were:
  • Preborn Prodigy: Prayers and Blessings for the Unborn Child
  • Newborn Prodigy: Prayers and Blessings Newborn to 99
  • Math Prodigy

Preborn Prodigy: Prayers and Blessings for the Unborn Child and Newborn Prodigy: Prayers and Blessings Newborn to 99 are loving reminders of what promises God gave us. Both albums are very similar in message, but are tailored to different audiences. One is for the unborn child and one is for the newborn baby. When I listened to the first one it reminded me of a relaxing meditation because of how the woman, Sara Bumgarner, is talking in a calm voice with lovely music in the background. I love that when God or Christ speaks in the album it is in a different voice, a males, voiced by Joshua Smith. The music is beautiful and is done by Emily Smith. I love the positive affirmations and scripture that it says. This album tells the unborn baby that they are loved, protected, safe, special, important, and wanted. That they have purpose, a destiny, and are created by God. It is all very uplifting and heartwarming. In my opinion, these spiritual truths need to be lovingly taught to all of God's children and what a wonderful way to start than in the womb with these teachings. I believe that even in the womb the unborn can hear the outside world, their parent's voices, and music. Even though they may not yet understand these messages they can still listen to them and feel the peace that they bring. The second album is just as lovely, but is designed for babies and young children. I love playing the second album for my daughters when they sleep or at while they play quietly. The life giving messages on both CDs; however, can be applied to all ages. These would be great for baby shower gifts for the pregnant mother.

Math Prodigy is done with the same calming music and narrator. This time though the narrator introduces the young child to math. The narrator talks about real-life examples and careers in which math is used and basic rules for each subject with examples with help memorizing. It does not include the full tables of addition or multiplication, but helps explain the basic concepts of math well.

Even though I do not plan on having more children of my own, I am planning on gifting these to my oldest when he is married and has children of his own. These are all lovely and I love the calming music that is in the background of each. They are meditative. I love how they are put together and I highly recommend them.

Bravado Designs and Baby Buggy Team Up For Buy a Tank, Give a Tank #supportherdream Campaign

#supportherdream

I was provided with a complimentary Bravado Dream Nursing Tank to facilitate this review. My thoughts are mine and my family's own opinion and have not been altered by anyone else.

Some of my fondest memories as a mom has been breastfeeding my babies. I love being able to hold them close, nurturing them with my milk, and bonding with them as they partake of my liquid gold. These experiences are cherished and treasured by me. I believe that having the right support, information, and essentials are necessary to be successful at breastfeeding.

Buy A Tank. Give A Tank. You can celebrate the brand new Dream Nursing Tank from Bravado Designs by purchasing one for a great cause! From February 1st through April, with every Dream Nursing Tank purchased, Bravado Designs will donate one nursing tank to Baby Buggy to support a new mother in need. Founded in 2001 by Jessica Seinfeld, Baby Buggy is a national non-profit that works to provide critical child and baby essentials to families in need. A donation of 10,000 tanks will be made for this campaign. By purchasing you can help ensure that new mothers have a successful breastfeeding journey!

Bravado Dream Nursing Tank in Platinum.

I received a Bravado! Designs Dream Nursing Tank in Platinum from Bravado for free to keep, try out and review. The Dream Nursing Tank has a molded, full support nursing bra (not just a flimsy shelf "bra"!) that is built in, has a stretchy bottom band, helps support your "girls", and creates a flattering look. It is lined with a double layer of cotton so it won't irritate the skin. It has removable foam inserts for discretion and shape. Unclip the discreet clasps at the shoulder and drop the full bra cups away to give baby full access to your breast and have maximum skin-to-skin contact. The neckline is modest and provides just the right amount of coverage without showing too much cleavage. I love the flirty ruched detail and the under-bust seaming makes it more flattering.

Bravado Dream Nursing Tank has a full support nursing bra with removable foam inserts.

Great for maternity, nursing and beyond as the soft, high quality cotton/spandex outer fabric gently stretches, breathes well and isn't at all see through (even in white!). Fitted, but doesn't cling to the body. Adjustable straps allow for flexible sizing. Looks great on all body types an beautifully silhouettes the figure.

Bravado Dream Nursing Tank is perfect to wear with layers!

Perfect to wear anywhere! This tank is hip length for wardrobe versatility. Great for layering. Elegant with a wrap, kimono top, cardigan, or fancy button down blouse, and sophisticated for wearing under a suit jacket for work or meetings. It is also wonderful for just wearing by itself around the house for sleepwear or at Yoga classes. No one will know it is designed for nursing your little one because of its discreet nursing clips that lie flat under close-fitting clothing and easily open and close with one hand, so you won't be fumbling with them and a hungry, fussy baby.

Bravado Dream Nursing Tank has discreet clips that la flat under clothing.

I love this tank! Mine came in Platinum and the Dream Nursing Tank also comes in two other colors: White and Black. I love that it is so comfortable, soft, and looks good with a lot of things I already own. I also love the fact that no one can tell it has a nursing bra inside. It is a fantastic addition to my wardrobe!!

Pocket Dots are a small accessory that is a must for using with a maternity band in pregnancy and after for when you want to wear your stylish pre-pregnancy pants! One side is clipped onto the back pocket and the other side to the bottom of your band so that it will stay in place and not ride up. They come in a set of two, one for each back pocket. Kiki's Fashions Review

I have my own clothing fashion style that I just absolutely love. I have talked about it briefly on this blog. I have kind of a hippie/boho style. I love clothing that has a ethnic flavor from a different country. I have been looking around the web for maternity clothing I like since I am pregnant and one of the stores online I came across had a lot of clothing I love. Kiki's Fashions has some very trendy maternity clothes at some absolutely fabulous prices!

They carry maternity: short sleeve tops, long sleeve tops, tank tops, dresses, and bottoms. They even have some that are for that transitional stage in your pregnancy. Their clothing is not the droll boring maternity clothing found in most stores. They are cute and highly fashionable.

I really don't want to spend an arm and a leg on clothing I will only wear during my pregnancy...who does? Kiki's Fashions prices range from $9.99 to $29.99. They also have sweet Under $10 and Clearance sections!!

I picked the Jade Embroidered Short Sleeve Maternity Shirt from their store to try and review for free from Kiki's Fashions. I love this shirt! It reminds me of the Orient and I love the color! It has a tie in the back that enables you to cinch it up if needed and gorgeous embroidered accents that make the shirt more wonderful! The only real downside is that this shirt is made from 100% Rayon so it wrinkles easily and is more difficult to clean. Also, the front comes a bit low for me so I am more comfortable wearing a shirt under this. I picked the small because I am petite even when I am pregnant and it fit very nicely even though I am now 36 weeks. These shirts come in other colors besides this pretty jade (which is actually more of a teal): olive brown and light plum.

BUY IT:
Buy the Jade Embroidered Short Sleeve Maternity Shirt for $23.99. Also, for a limited time you can get 20% off of $100 with coupon code SAVEMORE20, 15% off off $75 with coupon code SAVEMORE15, 10% off $40 with coupon code SAVEMORE10.

Passion Spice Review and Giveaway

Sometimes it is hard to feel beautiful when you are pregnant and your belly sticks out like a watermelon making you walk like a penguin. This is why I love shops like Passion Spice! Passion Spice has maternity lingerie and nursing bras that will help bring back that spark. These will flatter your ever changing body and lovely curves. The maternity lingerie comes in two different babydoll tops and one camisole to choose from. I personally love the babydolls the best. The underwear bottoms all fit below the belly and allow for growth so you can continue to wear it throughout your pregnancy and beyond. The nursing bras are a wonderful lovely addition to the bottoms and add so much more "spice" to the usually boring nursing bras that breastfeeding mamas usually see in stores.

I picked the Elle Underwire Nursing Bra in Aqua size 34B with matching Aqua Elize Thong in a size medium to try out and review for free from Passion Spice. The Elle Underwire Nursing Bra also could be paired with the Jade Bikini. I love the aqua color I picked because it reminds me of a mermaid, siren of the sea :) I love the ocean so this color works well for me. These also come in black with rich burgundy ribbon and ruffles too. The ruffled straps of the Elle Underwire Nursing Bra have little unhook-able closures that make it so easy to breastfeed your baby. I love the comfort and support that this bra provides me with and I am going to love using it when I start breastfeeding my new baby! The Elize Thong is comfortable as well as stylish.
