Foodie Friday Cube Steak With Stewed Tomatoes


Cube Steak With Stewed Tomatoes

Ingredients:
3 to 4 tablespoons flour
salt to taste
Lawry's Seasoned Pepper to taste
Tastefully Simple Garlic Garlic to taste
1 pound lean cube steaks (we used pork, but beef would be yummy too!)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 can stewed tomatoes, diced

Directions:
Combine flour, salt and pepper, garlic garlic seasoning in a bag (I use a shakable covered bowl from Tupperware). Place cube steaks in one at a time and shake to lightly coat. Brown steaks in oil on medium low heat in a large skillet. Pour tomatoes over steaks; simmer, covered, 1 1/4 hours.

Place over noodles, mashed potatoes, or rice and serve.
