This course looks fantastic and pretty in depth for the price. I have listened to talks on how to ferment different foods and drinks and want to try some simple recipes and then look into adding herbs. I know I could do it all at once, but I've accumulated some good resources to tackle first. I bookmarked this course though since I love learning about herbs.
