I have been having fun grilling this summer. Corn on the cob is one of my absolute favorite summertime foods. I love it different ways: seasoned just right, sweet and juicy, or just with butter. All are so delicious. There are many ways of cooking corn on the cob. My favorite way is to grill over my fire pit or on a charcoal grill. The smokey flavor can not be beat. I used to grill my corn on the cob inside their husks over the fire because I did not want the corn to burn and it held the juices in close to the kernels so they were nice and luscious, but recently Camerons gave me the opportunity to try out their Corn On The Cob Grilling Basket so a new way of grilling corn was introduced to me. They also let me try out their Pizza Grilling Pan. I had never tried pizza on the grill before, so this was something very new to me.

Camerons Pizza Grilling Pan and Corn On The Cob Grilling Basket. |
Grilling with Camerons Corn On The Cob Grilling Basket was super easy and the corn tasted great. First you slide the locking mechanism out of the way and open up the grilling basket. Then lay husked corn (up to 4 ears) horizontally in each of the four grooves. Trim to fit if necessary. Close up the basket and fasten with the loop at the base of the handle. Place the basket over the grill, fire pit, or campfire. Turn the corn over when side begins to brown. Once the corn is done set the basket with the corn it it aside. Be careful! The basket might be hot if you decide to open it right away. We loved how the corn tasted and it was still juicy even though it was not cooked in the husk. It was also easier to see when the corn was done using the basket and it is perfect to use with my Camerons Open-Fire Pit Grill because the corn no longer wants to roll off of it while cooking. It is such a wonderful grilling accessory and tool!
I love homemade pizza and Camerons Pizza Grilling Pan is wonderful for making pizza right at home, just how you like it topped. It is a great companion for a propane or charcoal grill with a lid. I found that if you don't use a lid while cooking the pizza it tends to want to burn on the bottom. It is even easier cooking pizza with a propane grill with this because you can set it to medium high heat for a more controlled cooking. My kids had fun helping make the pizza and it was a great family activity! Personally I love deep dish pizza, so this pan was perfect for that because of the high walls! I love that you can detach the handle for easy cooking with the grill lid on and convenient, space-saving storage after it is done being used. I am excited to try to cook other things in it besides pizza too.
