Did you know that my absolute favorite berry is the strawberry? Well it is! I have them growing in my yard and two of the plants I planted last year now fill a whole garden bed that each year gets these luscious, juicy fruit all over them. Strawberries are such a wonderful fruit! National Strawberry Day is coming up on February 27th and to celebrate I received 2 boxes of Welch's® Strawberry Fruit Snacks to share with my family and my readers who win in the giveaway below!
Welch's® Fruit Snacks are Fat Free, Gluten Free, and contain No Preservatives. They provide 100% of the recommended daily value of Vitamin C and 25% of Vitamins A and E. Welch's® Fruit Snacks have 11 different varieties.
The Welch's® Fruit Snacks are great on-the-go or after school/homeschool snacks! We love to take them everywhere because they store and travel well. I also love serving my kids these healthier snacks for a tasty treat because they are better than some of the alternatives out there.
My kids and I love how the Welch's® Strawberry Fruit Snacks taste and the bonus vitamins are a plus! They are gummy and chewy, but not overly so. I do wish that they didn't have Red dye number 40 and modified ingredients in them though. The strawberry flavor is made from actual fruit puree (strawberry and grape) and it tastes much like the strawberry fruit.

ReplyDeleteI eat strawberries all the time! I love making smoothies, adding them to oatmeal, and making chocolate covered for dessert!
ReplyDeleteI have no idea there was a strawberry day. If I eat strawberries, they have to be organic and/or fresh from the field otherwise they don't taste good.
ReplyDeleteI would make strawberry jam!
