Weleda Review

Weleda is a company that produces the finest Biodynamic, organic, and natural skin and baby care products. They do not test their products or ingredients on animals. They use 100 percent natural oils and pure essential oils which also give needed pure nutrients, like vitamins to the skin and hair. Their products are also free from synthetics.

I received three Weleda Baby care products to test and review. All three products have a wonderful sweet fragrance and Calendula in them. Calendula is known as a medicinal plant as it aids in the healing processes of the skin. The first product I tried was the Calendula Shampoo & Body Wash. It is milky white in color and lathered very well in Teela's hair. She was enjoying herself as you can see in the pictures :)
The shampoo and body wash is also tear free and gentle to the skin and eyes. She smelled really good when she was done bathing. I couldn't keep from kissing her and blowing on her bare belly :) Then I used the Calendula Oil to give her a baby massage. She sure enjoyed that and her skin felt so very soft and warm. The next product I tried was the Calendula Diaper Care. It is an ointment cream for diaper rash relief and keeping baby's bum protected. I was very pleased with how well it worked on Teela's delicate skin. She also slept really well that night I might add.

I also signed up for their WE magazine which I received the other day. It has free coupons inside and tells more about their company. I loved reading it. Among the things I learned was that with each purchase of Weleda Everon Lip Balm, made from beeswax from bees in Tanzania you'll help save an invaluable member of our ecosystem. 100 percent of the sale will go to the Bee Sanctuary of Spikenard Farm and "Vanishing of the Bees".

Also, if you live in the USA you can buy Weleda products at your local Target, Whole Foods, and select health food stores. I urge you to go to the Weleda website, get more special offers, and learn more about this wonderful company. Also, you can follow them on Twitter, become a fan of them on Facebook, and a fan of the Weleda USA on Facebook.

  3. Thanks Shelby,
I don't know which son your referring to as I have two sons (ages 8 and 7 years old). I also have two daughters (ages 5 and 1 years old). Teela is my daughter who is pictured here in this post. Anyway, thanks for stopping by and commenting.
