Wordless Wednesday New Saddle for Teela's Rocking Horse

My not so Wordless Wednesday Post:

We got this rocking horse for our daughter Teela, who loves horses and ponies, second hand at a children's consignment store nearby and the saddle which was plastic and leather at the time was very loose. The underside holes where the screws went were chipped out and now too big for the holes. So, my husband being the awesome guy he is decided to totally remake the saddle out of a block of Murtlewood he had lying around in the garage. My husband totally made a computer designed model from the old saddle and had his CNC router called a ShopBot cut it out. Isn't the finished product beautiful? Here are some other pictures of it in progress. My husband used to have an actual shop when we lived in Reedsport, Oregon that he made stuff for people from. We would love to go into business selling his custom creations again someday so he can once again work mostly from home.
